Rovin Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of rovin.pro and its private-beta interest form (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Randy Castillo, an individual sole proprietor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Rovin is the product and brand; it is not a separate legal entity.

1. Website use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it, misrepresent your identity, or submit malicious or unlawful material.

2. Private-beta requests

Submitting an interest request does not create an account, guarantee selection, or grant access to any Rovin application or build. Rovin may accept, decline, delay, limit, revoke, or cancel participation at any time.

A private-beta participant must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated on the request page and must complete the separate acceptance and recording acknowledgment required before receiving a build.

3. Information submitted

Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party information through the Website. Website submissions are handled according to the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content are owned by Rovin or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. Rovin does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Rovin’s total liability for Website use will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Rovin for the relevant Website service during the prior twelve months.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so applicable law may limit this section.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or discontinue the Website at any time. The revised Terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
